We have a large client base and are managing many new and on-going projects for our clients. We plan our days, weeks, and months ahead of time to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and all our deadlines are met on time. When you come to us with an urgent request, this means we have to halt all planned work to take care of your needs. There are several ways we can handle it depending on how fast the work needs to get done. The following table provides a breakdown of our rush packages.
If your request is on the weekend (including Friday), evening, or holiday you must choose the Ultra-Rush package.

Note on Pricing
Pricing on Emergencies is non-negotiable, non-refundable. This is because we interrupt existing project work to address your emergency. Rush fees are paid in advance. Any hours that follow are billed after the work is completed per the chosen rush package agreement.
