You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships at Smack Happy Design in San Francisco. We’re constantly getting new projects with new challenges and the opportunity to help on-going clients update their sites with new features and new looks, because people love working with us. Your job will involve communicating with clients and contractors, settings expectations for both and keeping everyone up-to-date and on track.
You’ll need to be friendly, organized, fun, communicative, honest, trustworthy, pro-active and able to see the big picture. You’ll be eager to take this opportunity to learn and grow because you truly care about giving our clients the very best. You’ll create raving fans.
