The Brief
The Law Office of Lon D Lazar is a law firm providing estate planning, probate representation and litigation, trust administration and business and real estate transaction consulting. Lon needed a new and improved website representative of his outgoing and adventurous personality. He previously worked as a web developer, but as his business picked up steam, he sought professional help with his new website.
Our Approach
Lon was looking for more leads with his new website, so the first thing we made sure to do was to simplify the contact and appointment forms. Lon’s keen eye for photography helped us nail down the look and feel of the site as we only used pictures that he took, which gave it a personal touch of flair. We were able to refine the look of the website in a way that makes visitors of his site feel the elegance and welcoming nature that Lon provides to his clients on a daily basis. The look and feel of the site were paramount to Lon, as he wanted his new website to evoke feelings of trust and reassurance as they browse his services. As we neared the end of our project, Lon let us know that he would like to host the site through his current hosting service. This brought up a few small challenges as he didn’t have enough storage to host his newly built site, as well as some slight inconveniences of dealing with hosting companies. We always recommend that clients host through us and WP Engine as we try to make the process as seamless as possible while providing exemplary customer service to our clients. Lon actually let us know that if he knew how much of a hassle it would be dealing with his hosting company, he would have hosted the “sumbitch” through us. Haha, we love our clients.
