START WITH YOUR TO-DO LIST

[Laura/Guest] The simplest way to start is to simply look at your to-do list and figure out the things you don’t want to do or that immediately someone else could do. Could the tasks on your list be easily transferable? Therefore, you can have someone else do it. That is the easiest, low-hanging fruit to figure out. Just look at your to-do list right now, and see what are the things you could have someone else do. Think, “What’s outside my zone of genius.” If you can’t immediately delegate it, read on…
