For all website migrations where we did not build the site, an assessment is done prior to migration to determine fit.

Storage is included up to 2 GB. Beyond that, you're billed $5 per month for each additional 2 GB block. If your site hits 50,000 visitors or 100 GB of bandwidth in a month, we'll flag it and reach out — not to alarm you, but to make sure your plan actually fits what your site is doing.

Most sites start with a $99 Website Assessment, credited toward your setup fee ($199 or $299, depending on plan) if you move forward. Sites showing signs of compromise are routed to a $600 Deep Dive Assessment instead, a forensic review of your files, database, and configuration, with any follow-on remediation estimated separately at $200/hr.

Do you offer hosting?

Yes. Most of our care plans include managed WordPress hosting with an SSL certificate, daily backups, and uptime monitoring. We host on Pressable, which is built specifically for WordPress and gives our clients reliable speed, security, and performance. If you’re on a plan without hosting, we can help you evaluate your current setup and make recommendations.

Do you offer hosting only without maintenance?

Yes! We specialize in WordPress sites. Our services provide excellent security, daily backups, critical updates, malware scanning, and more.

So yes, we can migrate and host your site and not provide the monthly maintenance, if you wish. We do ask that we’re able to get a peek at the backend of your website prior to migration, just so we know what we’re working with.

How do you handle security and maintenance?

Every care plan includes weekly core software and plugin updates, daily file and database backups, uptime monitoring, site protection, and preventative maintenance. We also send monthly health and analytics reports so you can see how your site is performing. If something breaks during an update, we catch it and fix it.
