How It Works
1. Share your vision
Begin by completing the brief form below. Tell us about your business, goals, and what “success” looks like for you. We’ll follow up within a day or two to schedule a quick discovery call.
2. Discovery call (15-30 minutes)
We’ll talk through your priorities, challenges, and what makes your business unique. This helps us ensure we’re aligned and can deliver a concept that feels purposeful, authentic, and results-driven.
3. Receive your proposal
Within a few days, you’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment.
If everything feels aligned, you’ll qualify for our free custom mockup offer. No signature or payment required at this stage.
4. Design preferences
You’ll fill out a short, friendly design questionnaire that helps us understand your style, color, and typography preferences, as well as the websites you love (or love to hate).
5. Your custom homepage concept
In about a week, you’ll receive your personalized homepage concept. It will include layout, color palette, and type recommendations tailored to your brand.
It’s a first look at the strategic, user-centered design approach that sets Smack Happy Design apart.
6. Moving forward
If you love it (and most clients do), we’ll move ahead with a formal agreement based on the proposal.
If not, no worries. You’ll still walk away with ideas, clarity, and a stronger sense of direction for your next step.
Note: The concept remains the intellectual property of Smack Happy Design unless we officially partner up.
