Nicole has such a creative mind, can explain everything so intelligently, and gets a site up and running. I needed Nicole to do some things for my wedding DJ site that were probably not that common: a questionnaire for the bride-to-be to fill out about the order of the reception events, as well as all song choices. Nicole had to import a database listing all of my music (over 6,000 songs!), and she made it searchable by artist OR song title. Brides could choose songs they wanted, and the list they selected was then sent directly to me via email. The questionnaire also came to me via email already populated with the bride’s selections. I can’t tell you how easy and helpful this was, and brides raved about it! Nicole is a true professional, and I wish I had just a smidgen of her patience!

I had a few tweaks for my website, and I asked Nicole at Smack Happy for help. Not only did she take care of the changes quickly and efficiently, but she also noticed a few other small usability issues along the way and handled them as well.
One of the things that’s frustrated me working with other developers is that they don’t really understand the intention of the changes. As a result, they execute on the exact letter of the request, but in a way that doesn’t fit with the rest of the site, or that breaks some other functionality. Nicole is different. She understands your overall goal, almost without even having to spell it out, and then makes sure everything works in a way that’s ideal for your site visitors.
