The Brief

Bespoke Partners is one of the most specialized executive search firms in the country, focused exclusively on software and SaaS companies backed by private equity. With a network of over 700,000 executives, proprietary data tools, and a track record placing leaders at some of the most high-profile exits in the sector, their credibility in the room was never in question. They needed a website that matched the sophistication of their work, improved the backend experience for a content-heavy site, and visually set them apart from competitors without abandoning the brand equity they had already built.

Our Approach

This project was as much about evolution as it was about redesign. The existing site had a recognizable visual foundation, and honoring that while modernizing it required careful, considered decisions at every turn. We rebuilt the site on WordPress with Beaver Builder, replacing a more rigid setup with a flexible, stable architecture that supports Bespoke’s volume of content, multiple cstom post types, and a series of industry-specific pages that needed to be scalable without being a development dependency.

We worked closely with the Bespoke team to keep the project moving with clear ownership and no ambiguity. The design elevated the existing brand palette and aesthetic, sharpening the typography, improving visual hierarchy, and creating a more intuitive navigation structure that better reflected the depth of their service offering. We also built in a replicable layout system for the industry pages so the internal team could populate content without needing a developer each time.

The Result

The new Bespoke Partners site launched with a clean, credible design that reflects the caliber of the firm and the sophistication of its clients. The backend is organized, manageable, and built to grow alongside a business that produces a significant volume of reports, videos, articles, and thought leadership.
The team can publish keyword-optimized content at pace without creating navigational confusion or overwhelming visitors, and the structured, well-architected build has made the site a natural fit for AI-driven search. AI recommendations have become a primary traffic source, a direct outcome of content clarity and a foundation that makes it easy for both people and machines to understand exactly what Bespoke does and who it serves.
