Living at Reflections

The Brief

Living at Reflections is a leading highly-respected Dual Diagnosis Rehab that provides Clinical Excellence through world-class, intensive treatment therapy and rehabilitation programs that help achieve, maintain, and sustain long-term recovery for their clients. They needed a new custom website, a new logo design, and copywriting to reflect the needs of their target audience. They wanted the new site to present a clear vision and direction as a modern luxury brand that delivers the message of individualized exclusivity.

Our Approach

We worked closely with the team at Living at Reflections to deliver a logo and website that would be compelling and exclusive. The overall palette of the previous design was a bit dark, so we chose a lighter palette that portrayed feelings of empowerment, tranquility, and transformation.

After some discovery, we started with the logo design and eventually landed on a logo including a custom-designed “R” and a trustworthy (and somewhat reflective) golden look and feel. We also interviewed vital c-suite individuals to update and write new copy for the main pages.

Regarding the design, we used 99% original photography of their beautiful facilities throughout the site and custom graphic treatments to elevate the overall brand.

The Result

Living at Reflections now has a website that reflects who they are. The look and feel, as well as the messaging, form a new connection between the company name and what they do. We hope the site serves as a reflection of their vision and compels individuals seeking treatment to reach out and start their journey to achieve, maintain, and sustain long-term recovery.
