Swiss Louis

The Brief

Swiss Louis Italian & Seafood Restaurant was struggling with an outdated digital presence. Their website was not mobile-friendly, required too many clicks to access essential information, and did not reflect the restaurant’s blend of modern and traditional aesthetics.

Additionally, previous social media management efforts were inconsistent, featuring incorrect imagery and spelling errors, causing reputational concerns. Swiss Louis needed a new digital strategy that enhanced the restaurant’s online visibility and reinforced their long-standing reputation for excellence.

Our Approach

The project involved a full website redesign that simplified navigation, improved mobile functionality, and aligned with Swiss Louis’ authentic brand identity. The new site is ADA-compliant, visually appealing, and easy for Swiss Louis to update independently.

For social media, a structured content plan ensures high-quality, brand-aligned posts that highlight the restaurant’s ambiance, food, and location. A quarterly photography plan provides a library of professional images, reducing reliance on stock content. Both initiatives aim to create a cohesive and engaging digital presence without requiring constant hands-on involvement from the restaurant’s team.

The beautiful new, intuitive, mobile-optimized website offers visitors a seamless user experience, helping customers quickly find menus, group dining options, and location details.

The improved social media presence is encouraging consistent engagement, increasing visibility among both tourists and locals without the need for direct promotions.
