I came to Nicole with hacking issues. I kept getting google emailing me saying that it appeared that my sight had been hacked and that it would not be found in searches until the problem had been fixed. I tried to resolve the issue with my very limited tech know-how… FAIL! So I went on google and youtube to try to get some how-to video help to do it myself… FAIL! Then I spoke with Nicole, desperately wanting my site back to normal, and she fixed the issue in a day or two! HEAVEN SENT! Also, my website already built, by me, had some issues when i was editing the content. All of the new content would default to the standard style default color and size instead of the personalized colors and font styles I preferred. Nicole wrote some code on the back end of my site to set the defaults to that I wanted and I haven’t had an issue with it sense. I DID however, have some confusion about changing some stuff myself and when I called Nicole, she walked me through the steps I needed to take, sent me screen shots of instructions and made sure I was able to do it on m own in the future. Plus I was confused on how and when to back up my site when I had to update my plug ins. Nicole again took over and now takes care of all that for me.
She really is great at what she does. She’s super helpful in teaching someone how to do stuff on their own, she handles the stuff that I don’t want to deal with, and is great about getting things done in a speedy manner.
