Urgent Requests

Pricing on Emergencies is non-negotiable, non-refundable. This is because we interrupt existing project work to address your emergency. Rush fees are paid in advance. Any hours that follow are billed after the work is completed per the chosen rush package agreement. 

With any issue, it is extremely valuable to understand the details as much as possible so that we can get to the root of the issue sooner than later. Troubleshooting a non-obvious issue for example can at times get lengthy if we're not sure what to look for. Before submitting the form, please include details such as any screenshots, a detailed description, how you came across the issue, any additional pages that have an issue, time the issue occurred (if applicable), if you're using desktop, tablet, or mobile, and what browser (ie Chrome, Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox)
