I am a big fan of Smack Happy. The Japan Society is a small NPO with no in-house website management. Smack Happy really turned our online presence around! We worked closely with John and we appreciate how very responsible he is and how quickly he orchestrates results!
Before approaching Smack Happy, the backend of our website was in a really bad state. Our website had been hacked, and redirected to pornographic website(s). Our website just wasn’t secure. Our previous website services provider couldn’t figure out how to fix our website, even after many requests. Smack Happy effectively fixed our backend issues and finally brought our website to where it needs to be!
Smack Happy also tackled issues with our e-commerce platform. The Japan Society provides Japanese language class information via an e-commerce site. In the past, this site was displayed as “Not Secure” and we were unable to fix that. Smack Happy quickly fixed this issue and kept the site in healthy condition.
Another outstanding service Smack Happy provided us is helping us in migrating another unstable email provider to G suite, very smoothly. We just don’t have any issues now.
We also recommend their SEO services. The list could go on. The bottom line is, we feel safe with Smack Happy.
