Here is what it’s like to work with us…
Let’s Get It Started
Every project begins with gathering the necessary information. We’ll send you a detailed list that covers everything we need to get your graphic design project started, including items like your logo, style guide, any image assets, examples you like and other special requirements. We’ll also provide you with easy access to all of these resources within one convenient shared location.
Crafting Visual Solutions
Now, we start forming ideas. We begin by crafting visual solutions via sketching. Sketching is an excellent way to quickly explore design concepts and create a basic layout or composition for your design. During this time, our team will come up with concepts individually to allow their own creative take on the design. Then, we come together to compare notes and design concepts. Finally, we combine the best, unique pieces of each concept and craft them into full-fledged ideas to present to you.
Time to Present
Once we have more solid concepts, we present them to you for review. After you choose the concept you think most fits your brand or project goals, we move forward with the graphic design piece of the process. Oftentimes, our projects include two to three rounds of revisions, depending on the requirements and investment. We are open to more revisions if needed, just let us know and we will accommodate you as best we can.
Refining Your Design
After the two to three rounds of revision, we will get your signature of approval and move on to the most exciting step of this process…completion! All of our revisions will live in our shared resource location, so that you have easy access to view the design, make comments, share with any other decision-makers, and provide your final approval(s).
Print or Handoff
Depending on what we’ve designed for you, you will have different types of resources to take with you after this project from print and web optimized formats to a style guide for your logo. If this design is to be printed, we can also handle the printing process one of two ways. One, we can fully manage the print process for you where we would include you on this correspondence, or two, we can package the files up for your printer and send.
