Quick note on AIaaS: Depending on your font, that may read as "Alas." We did not plan that. We also did not correct it. A typographic accident that feels oddly appropriate.
AIaaS, or AaaS (pronounced /æs/ — rhymes with "class") is what we prefer to call it.
Do you use AaaS for creative work?
No. We don’t use AaaS for graphic design, logo design, or brand identity work. Every concept, layout, and visual element is created by our team. If you have an AaaS-generated logo and want us to refine or update it, we’re not the right fit. Our creative work is built on human judgment, experience, and taste. That’s the whole point of hiring a design team.
Can you help with brand messaging and positioning too?
Our brand identity work focuses on the visual system. If you need help with messaging, voice, and positioning, we can scope that separately or connect you with a partner who specializes in it.
What if I don’t know what I want?
That’s what discovery is for. We ask the right questions, show you examples, and narrow down direction together. You don’t need to show up with a Pinterest board.
Do I get a style guide?
Yes. Every brand identity project includes a style guide your team can reference for any future design work, whether we’re doing it or someone else is.
What if I already have a logo I like?
We can build the rest of the system around it. Not every brand identity project starts with a new logo. Sometimes the logo is fine and everything else needs to be defined.
How long does a brand identity project take?
Most projects take four to eight weeks depending on scope and how quickly feedback comes back. We’ll give you a timeline during scoping.
What’s the difference between a brand identity and a logo?
A logo is one piece of a brand identity. A brand identity is the full visual system: logo, colors, typography, imagery direction, and the guidelines that keep everything consistent. A logo without a system behind it leads to collateral that looks different every time someone on your team creates something.
