Quick note on AIaaS: Depending on your font, that may read as "Alas." We did not plan that. We also did not correct it. A typographic accident that feels oddly appropriate.
AIaaS, or AaaS (pronounced /æs/ — rhymes with "class") is what we prefer to call it.
What if I already have a WordPress site?
Depending on the state of your current site, the Glow-Up might involve refreshing the design on your existing setup or rebuilding it clean on a better foundation. We’ll assess that upfront. If you’re feeling unsure, ask us about getting a website assessment.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. We build on WordPress with Beaver Builder, which gives you a visual editor that’s straightforward to use. We also train you before handoff and record the session so you can refer back to it.
Do I have to stay on a care plan?
All Glow-Up clients start on a care plan: hosting, maintenance, security, and updates for the first year. After that, you can adjust the plan or cancel, but 99% of clients stay because it keeps the site healthy and it’s one less thing on their plate.
What if I need more than a Glow-UP?
If during our conversation it becomes clear your business needs a full custom website, we’ll tell you. We’d rather point you to the right solution than fit your business into the wrong one. If that’s not in your budget right now, we can always scope the project out in phases.
Can I add features later?
Yes. If you start with a straightforward Glow-Up and realize down the road you need a booking integration, a resource library, or something more custom, just let us know.
What do I need to have ready before we start?
Your content. Copy, images, logo, and any brand assets you have. The more prepared you are, the faster we move. If you’re not sure what you need, we’ll walk you through it.
How long does a Glow-UP take?
Most projects are complete in one to two months. Pressto+ projects with custom features may take up to two months. The biggest factor in timeline is how quickly you provide your content and feedback.
What’s the difference between a Glow-UP and a custom website design?
A Glow-UP is a focused refresh for smaller sites, typically one to five pages, with a streamlined process and a shorter timeline. A custom website design involves full discovery, content strategy, sitemap development, and a build designed for more complex business needs. If you’re not sure which one fits, we can help you figure that out on our first call.
Who is this for?
Solo entrepreneurs, consultants, and coaches who have been in business for three or more years. You’re established, you’re good at what you do, and your website is the one part of your business that doesn’t reflect that. You use the word “client.” You’d rather spend your time doing the work you love than wrestling with a website.
If you have a larger team, multiple service lines, or need a site that does more than represent your business online, a glow-up probably isn’t the right fit. Talk to us about a custom website project instead.
