The Brief
Compusult Systems Inc (CSI) is an IT Services company providing software development, systems engineering, systems integration, and operations support. While currently supporting the parent company, Compusult Limited, they were looking to expand. Compusult is an international leader in standards-based applications that offer revolutionary solutions for geospatial data discovery and intelligence, access, and delivery for mission-critical operations.
Michael Kennedy, President of CSI, was referred to us by one of our best clients to help create a custom website design with an updated look and feel that complimented the parent company’s website and brand. We also worked closely with Michael to develop refined website copy that brought its personality onto the website and expanded upon the depth of the company’s IT Professional Products and Services.
Our Approach
Michael was an absolute dream to collaborate with! First, we spent some time learning more about the ideal audience for the CSI brand.
The new website also needed to:
- Cater to US Government Officials and Federal agencies with Intelligence and National Defense-related missions.
- Enable interested prospects to easily understand what CSI is all about, as well as what products and services they offer.
- Provide prospects a straightforward way to get in touch and find out more.
As content development progressed, we began wireframing the homepage and key product pages. We then dove right into design after the wireframing and website copy was complete. The vision of what would be the start of a new WordPress website with an exciting feel quickly came to life.
In the final phases of the project, we implemented a number of responsive and adaptive modular solutions. Utilizing Beaver Builder, we continued with an overall theme that showcased high-end professionalism neatly packaged with a modern flare.
The Result
The new website also includes:
- High-performance optimization
- Advanced two-dimensional CSS Grid Layouts for Beaver Builder
- Customized iconography and CSS image treatments
- A new color palette and font selection inspired by the parent brand
- Privacy protection features and policies
Our team put careful thought into the design, considering the length and amount of copy.
The end result?
We found the perfect balance between content-forward product descriptions and a clean design that portrayed just the right amount of curiosity for a prospect to learn more.
CSI continues to work on new product features and plans to implement them on the new website. We look forward to their future successes as we provide continued website support, maintenance, and management of the website.
