The Brief
TCP Software is a leading provider of workforce management solutions dedicated to helping businesses optimize their operations and maximize productivity. Their products encompass time and attendance tracking, employee scheduling, HR management, and compliance solutions, designed to streamline processes and empower organizations to effectively manage their workforce. Committed to excellence, TCP Software emphasizes user-friendly interfaces, robust features, and personalized support to meet the diverse needs of their clients.
Over the years, TCP Software has grown and added other companies into the TCP family of products. They were operating six separate websites with complex inter-site linking, and duplicate posting of content in multiple locations. In order to simplify administration of their website, and refresh their family of services, TCP used their internal resources to design a new look for the website.
TCP reached out to Smack Happy for help turning the design files into a fully functional website.
Our Approach
Merging six websites is no easy task, so an immense amount of planning went into the discovery phase when we mapped out the new site and strategized about how to build the new site in order to accommodate all of the previous urls.
Once final content and design files were delivered we got to work! Our team of experienced developers meticulously approached the build-out of each section of the site with our Lead Developer overseeing progress and performing quality checks along the way.
Custom functionality was integrated into the site to handle things like the resource library, webinars, whole-site search, and lead generation forms.
The Result
What started as static design files created by the talented team of creatives at TCP Software is now a fully functioning website that is intuitive to navigate for site visitors and simple to keep up-to-date for site administrators.
The site boasts impressive performance gains which adds to the improved user experience.
From an SEO perspective, all urls are now on a single domain which is helping to boost TCP’s presence in search results.
