Quick note on AIaaS: Depending on your font, that may read as "Alas." We did not plan that. We also did not correct it. A typographic accident that feels oddly appropriate.
AIaaS, or AaaS (pronounced /æs/ — rhymes with "class") is what we prefer to call it.
Why are your rates higher than a freelancer or AaaS?
Because you’re not paying for a quick output. You’re paying for a team that’s been doing this for over 20 years, knows your brand, prioritizes your time, and delivers work that’s crafted with intention. We get things done when you need them done, and we don’t hand you something half-baked and call it finished. If you’re looking for the cheapest option or think a subscription to an AaaS platform will replace the thinking, strategy, and taste that goes into good marketing work, we’re probably not the right fit. We’re the team you hire when it needs to be right.
What if I need something that’s not on the list?
Ask. If it’s something we can do, we’ll scope it. If it’s outside our wheelhouse, we’ll tell you and connect you with someone who can help.
Can you handle my social media entirely?
It depends. We typically focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, and newsletter content on an ongoing basis. We create the posts, schedule them, and report on performance. You approve the content or give us a lane to run in. If you need a more strategic approach to your social media, we can recommend one of several agencies we know who will take great care of you.
Do you use AaaS in marketing work?
Only if it makes sense to. Sometimes we may use AaaS to support drafting, research, and scheduling. It’s never the final product. Everything gets reviewed, edited, and shaped by our team before it reaches you. If you want to know more about our position on AaaS, check our AI FAQ.
What if I need something urgently?
Let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate. Rush requests, after-hours, and weekend or holiday work may be subject to rush pricing.
How fast is turnaround?
It depends on the scope. A copy update or social media post can be same-day. A pitch deck or conference toolkit takes a few days. A marketing strategy plan takes longer. We’ll give you a timeline before we start.
Can I use my support hours for anything?
Anything on the services list and most things that aren’t. If it’s within our capabilities, your hours cover it. If it’s something outside our scope, we’ll let you know and point you in the right direction.
What if I need a lot of hours?
We offer scaled pricing. The more hours you commit to monthly, the lower your hourly rate. If you’re looking for something closer to a fractional marketing department, we can build a plan around that.
What if I don’t know how many hours I need?
Start with a conversation. We’ll look at what you’re trying to accomplish and recommend a starting point. You can always scale up or down as your needs change.
What’s the minimum commitment?
Plans start at $360/mo, which includes one hour of support plus your hosting and maintenance. There’s no long-term lock-in for the support hours. You can adjust, add, or remove them at any time.
How do support hours work?
You choose a monthly hour amount that gets added to your care plan. Use those hours for anything on the services list: design, content, social media, strategy, whatever you need that month. Hours don’t roll over.
Do I need a care plan to use marketing support services?
No. You can hire us for individual projects at our standard hourly rate. A care plan lowers your rate and gives you a monthly bank of hours to use however you need, but it’s not required.
