Blue Sphere Tax

Blue Sphere Tax needed a website that could hold its own in a room full of first impressions. We built one in time for a major industry conference, with branding that felt as grounded as their roots and as polished as their practice.

Project Summary

Brief

Blue Sphere Tax was launching something new: an accounting firm built from the ground up, with an experienced team, an established client base, and a name that deserved a visual identity to match. They came to us without a logo, without a brand, and with plans on the calendar. Word-of-mouth would drive their growth, which meant every handshake needed a website worth pulling up on a phone.

Method

We started with the name. Blue Sphere Tax carries both a sense of global perspective and something grounded in the natural world, so we leaned in. The wordmark is clean and professional, built to work at any size. The accompanying icon draws from the world and open waters, giving the brand room to grow beyond a font-based mark as the business scales.

The color palette came straight from the client’s instincts. They loved blue, and we ran with it, pairing it with greens that feel organic and alive rather than corporate. The website design carries that palette through every scroll, with imagery chosen to reflect the Pacific Northwest landscape that shaped the people behind the firm. It felt personal because it was.

The build was timed deliberately. Blue Sphere Tax had a major conference coming up, and we made sure they walked in with a finished site they were proud to show.

Result

We launched before the conference, on time and on brief. The client’s response said everything: “We really LOVE the blues and greens and the way the website flows as you scroll. You guys really get us.” That last part is the part that matters.

In Their Words

WE do really LOVE the blues and greens and the way the website flows as you scroll. Great job! I especially LOVE the picture of the green trees. That reminds me of growing up in the timber industry in WA state. Our HS Mascot was the “Loggers” and if you look up our hometown on Google earth, it looks a lot like that in the surrounding areas! You guys really get us!
