Brief

Randy Taylor Weddings is a premium wedding officiant serving the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond — a 7-time Couples’ Choice Award winner with hundreds of 5-star reviews and over a decade of experience officiating LGBTQ+, interfaith, and multicultural ceremonies.

Randy Taylor Weddings had outgrown its Weebly site. Despite a strong reputation, deep community trust, and a clearly differentiated premium offering, the existing site no longer reflected Randy’s market positioning or the caliber of his work. The project called for a complete platform migration, a refined brand identity, and new copy that could communicate his unique value to the couples most likely to book him.

Method

We migrated the site from Weebly to a modern WordPress build, designing from the ground up with a warm, elevated aesthetic that reflects Randy’s interfaith, inclusive, and premium positioning. The visual direction draws on soft neutrals, warm golds, and a welcoming sensibility — intentionally distinct from the saturated, stock-photo-heavy look common in the wedding industry. We developed a refined color palette, updated brand identity, and full site copy across all pages, including package and pricing architecture, an About page, and a testimonials section. Discovery and strategy informed every layer of the project, from navigation structure to how Randy’s three ceremony packages are named, described, and differentiated.

Result

The project delivered a fully rebuilt WordPress site with a cohesive brand identity, purpose-built copy, and a package structure that clearly positions Randy Taylor Weddings as a premium, inclusive officiant practice — ready to serve the Bay Area’s most diverse and discerning couples.
