Survivor Justice Center
Survivor Justice Center needed a website that matched its new brand and spoke clearly to survivors, donors, and funders alike. We delivered a fully accessible redesign that guides each audience to what matters most, while keeping safety and support at the heart of the experience.
Project Summary
Brief
Survivor Justice Center had recently rebranded, and while its new name and identity had been applied to its existing website, the site itself no longer served the organization’s needs. It had to speak clearly to three very different audiences: survivors seeking support, donors, and funders and media professionals. The goal was a complete redesign built from the ground up around the new brand.
Method
We began with an in-depth discovery process to understand what each audience needed and to align with the Survivor Justice Center team on what success would look like. From there, we restructured the site so that each visitor is guided toward the content most relevant to them, with distinct pathways and calls to action. We partnered with the client’s team on homepage messaging so each audience would hear a clear, direct message. The design brings the new visual identity to life in a way that feels modern and professional, and emotionally resonant without being heavy. Throughout, we prioritized accessibility and the safety of the people the organization serves.
Result
The new site gives Survivor Justice Center a digital presence that fully reflects who it is today. Survivors can find help quickly and safely, supporters can easily see the impact of their generosity, and funders and media have a clear view of the organization’s work. The site is fully accessible, easy to navigate, and built to support the organization’s mission for years to come.
