Project Summary

Brief

Zeta Consulting is a founder-led retained executive search firm working exclusively with private equity-backed portfolio companies, placing finance and operations leaders including CFOs, CAOs, controllers, and operating partners across business services, healthcare, technology, and industrials. Led by Sal Aguilar alongside Elizabeth Aguilar, Marina DeBold, and Eiffat Karp, Zeta needed its entire visual and digital presence brought up to the standard its work demands. The site was built on Webflow and needed to move to a platform the team could manage on their own. The supporting materials, including the pitch deck, candidate deck, tear sheet, PE report, Zoom backgrounds, and logo, needed the same level of polish carried across every touchpoint. For a firm whose credibility rests on judgment and discretion, nothing in the client or candidate experience could feel like an afterthought.

Method

We treated this as a full refresh rather than a series of separate deliverables. Zeta’s aesthetic was clear from the start: less is more, no stock photography, nothing that competes with the seniority of the audience they’re speaking to. That direction shaped every piece of the engagement. We migrated the website from Webflow to WordPress, built on Beaver Builder, tailoring the move rather than porting the site over as-is.

The work was in reorganizing structure so information reads with more clarity. We built the homepage first, ran two rounds of revisions, then carried the approved design across every secondary page on staging. Alongside the site, we refreshed the pitch and candidate decks, tear sheet, PE report, and Zoom backgrounds, so every asset Zeta puts in front of a client or candidate matches the same standard.

Once the build was approved, we moved Zeta onto a Hosted Care Plan, taking on hosting and ongoing maintenance so the team isn’t managing infrastructure on top of everything else.

Result

Zeta now has a consistent, polished presence across every material a client or candidate might see, from the first deck to the website itself. The team can update the site without a developer, and hosting and maintenance are handled, so the technical side stays off their plate.
