LB Mobile Telecom Management
After some brainstorming and discovery calls, we also learned that we could help with a brand refresh, writing content, building out a managed service provider (MSP) program, and technical issues on both the website and with hosting services.
This design is "archived". What this means: We designed, built, or migrated this site, but it's no longer in our care. What you see today may differ from what we delivered.
Project Summary
Brief
Lauren, owner of LB Telecom Management (LBMTM) initially came to us with two key issues:
- Her website didn’t quite speak to her audience in a way they understood. Most people don’t know they need her services.
- Any marketing companies she’d worked with prior to Smack Happy didn’t take the time to understand her business.
After some brainstorming and discovery calls, we also learned that we could help with a brand refresh, writing content, building out a managed service provider (MSP) program, and technical issues on both the website and with hosting services.
Method
We started by planning out how we would approach a site migration from an older, outdated theme to Beaver Builder and develop content at the same time. Beginning with the homepage, we worked on updating the copy. In the meantime, we set up a staging site to begin preparing a refreshed design with brand new content.
As we continued to build-out the rest of the content for each page through collaborative documents and wireframes, we pursued a good clean up of any old theme files, plugins, and unnecessary code. Before launch of the new site, we needed to ensure better performance and uptime – so we secured a new home for the website on WP Engine.
Approaching launch day, we also worked with Lauren on the refresh of her brand by updating the logo, brochure, and color palette.
Result
The result is a brand-spankin new website that is clean and clear. On the website, you’ll find a comprehensive variety of services, clear messaging, and a new and inviting aesthetic.
LBMTM customers and potential MSP partners are now able to use the website to find the services they need and easily reach out for more information.
Moving forward, we will continue to support LBMTM through an ongoing care plan. So far, we’ve refreshed LinkedIn and are in the process of creating a new marketing strategy.
