Silicon Valley Systems is an IT Managed Service business that provides technical support and consulting for Small to medium-sized companies. They needed a new website design that would fulfill the following goals:

  • Have a website that they are proud of
  • Build a better payment processing page
  • Increase the sales funnel
  • Improve their website messaging

Method

We utilized the benefits of our Biz Builder website to give them a streamlined, more affordable, accelerated version of a custom website. After some discovery meetings, we quickly agreed on the sitemap and overall branding improvements. Over several weeks, we also collaborated with owners Dan and Bill on new copy for each page.

Before wrapping up with the testing phase – we set them up with a fully integrated and secure form for customers to submit their payments. To do this, we used a custom plugin add-on that connected with their preferred payment gateway.

Since they had already secured a hosting provider, we worked with the host to get the site launched and set up on their servers.

Result

Bill and Dan now have a website they are proud to share with their customers and potential customers. The new design and messaging are a great representation of the high-level service they provide and will provide to customers from the outset.
