ADA WEBSITE COMPLIANCE
Accessible Websites Built for All
Your website is open for business. The question is whether everyone can walk through the door. We build accessible WordPress websites and fix the ones that aren't.
~95% of websites fail basic accessibility standards.
That's not a statistic you want to be part of.
You Already Know
This is a business problem that carries significant legal risk. We can help.
what we do
Audit + Fix + Certify + Monitor
= an ADA compliant website
Audit
We review your site using both automated tools and manual testing. You get a detailed report of every compliance issue and what needs to be fixed.
Fix
Once you've reviewed your audit, we walk you through the findings and get to work fixing what needs to be fixed.
Certify
After fixes are complete, we do a final review to confirm your site meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards or higher.
Monitor
We can perform regular checks and report on any new issues so you stay compliant over time. Clients on a care plan with support hours can use that time for updates as they come up.
your website
What's accessibility got to do with it?
The Americans with Disabilities Act requires that websites be accessible to people with disabilities. That includes people who navigate by screen reader, voice, keyboard, or other assistive technology. Failure to comply can result in lawsuits, demand letters, and penalties. First-time violations under ADA Title III can carry penalties of $75,000, increasing to $150,000 for repeat offenders.
Beyond the legal risk, an inaccessible website means a portion of your audience can't use it. They can't book your services, buy your products, read your content, or fill out your forms. That's lost business from a population that is actively looking to spend money with companies that make the effort.
Accessible websites also tend to perform better in search. Clean code, proper heading structure, descriptive alt text, and labeled forms are all things search engines reward.
Accessibility by the Numbers
People with disabilities in the U.S. hold close to half a trillion dollars in disposable income.
69% of disabled consumers leave websites they find difficult to use.
Over 3,100 ADA website accessibility lawsuits were filed in federal court in 2025, a 27% increase from the year before.
Of those, more than 1,400 targeted companies that had already been sued.

why smack happy?
Butterflies to bats - our gardens intentionally bloom for everyone.
In a pollinator garden, you might see visitors like honeybees, mason bees, moths, butterflies, hummingbirds, beetles and even bats. Every plant is carefully chosen so that different species can access what they need, when they need it.
The whole system works because someone designed it to welcome everyone, not only the most common visitors.
That's how we think about accessibility. Whether the butterfly or the bat, we've always believed that a website that doesn't work for everyone doesn't work. We build with accessibility in mind from the start, and when a site needs deeper attention, we know how to get it there.
