Tell us what you need. Unless you ask us for it, you don't need a brief or a project plan each time. Just tell us what's going on and when you need it.
Scope
We estimate the time, confirm the approach, and get your approval before any work starts. If you have care plan support hours, we'll work within the budget. No surprises.
Create
We do the work. You review it, we refine it and ship it. If you're on a care plan, it comes out of your support hours. If not, we quote it separately.

If you're on a care plan, you're already set up and your hourly rate is lower. If you're not, we can scope any project individually.
What This Means for Your Marketing:
If you're on a care plan, you're already set up. Add support hours and use them for any of the services on this page. The more hours you build into your plan, the lower the hourly rate.
If you're not on a care plan, you can still hire us for marketing projects on an as-needed basis at our standard hourly rate.
Plans start at $360/mo, which includes one hour of support plus your hosting and maintenance plan.
Need more? We offer scaled pricing. If you're looking for something closer to a fractional marketing department, we can build a plan around that too.
If you're on a care plan, add support hours and your hourly rate drops. If you're not on a care plan, we can quote any project individually at our standard rate or create a custom marketing plan for you. Either way, the work is the same.

Graphic Design: Direct mail postcards, business cards, custom reports and brochures, pitch decks, posters, holiday cards, signage.
Logo Design: Logo touch-ups or brand new logo design. Icon updates. Optimizing file sizes for presentations.
Web Design and Digital: Landing page design and build. New forms. Newsletter template design. Simple page updates using existing templates.
Social Media: LinkedIn presence upgrades. Weekly LinkedIn posts with copy and images. Instagram story design and reel editing. Social media scheduling. Newsletter content and send.
Copywriting and Copy Support: Blog content, copy editing, website copy updates, team bios, and page additions. You can provide the content and we'll place it, or we can write it for you.
Analytics and Data Reporting: GA4 and Google Tag Manager setup. Custom event tracking. Custom analytics reports.
Additional Services: Brand identity work, video editing, podcast/vodcast production, image enhancements, marketing strategy plans, and AaaS*-assisted content when appropriate.

How fast is turnaround?
It depends on the scope. A copy update or social media post can be same-day. A pitch deck or conference toolkit takes a few days. A marketing strategy plan takes longer. We’ll give you a timeline before we start.
What if I need something urgently?
Let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate. Rush requests, after-hours, and weekend or holiday work may be subject to rush pricing.
Do you use AaaS in marketing work?
