The Brief

Adam from Tango Networks reached out to us for support with their Digital Marketing, including:

Social media content & strategy
Marketing asset management

For social media specifically, their goal was to post more consistently for their brand and for their channel partners. They also needed support for their channel partners’ marketing efforts – to boost engagement with each partner’s end users. In addition, we assisted Tango Networks in a large-scale branding effort in preparation to launch Tango Extend for Microsoft Teams.

Our Approach

We assisted Tango Networks in a large-scale branding effort in preparation to launch Tango Extend for Microsoft Teams. This included a refreshed website design and custom coding for the Value Calculator.

Social Media Strategy

We worked with the Tango Networks team to post blogs, press, and service offerings on a regular basis, all accompanied by imagery also that is in line with their brand. We focused mainly on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram composing the content, creating imagery, and scheduling the posts based on engagement metrics.

Trade Show Marketing

Our designers created new custom graphics from tabletop signs to tradeshow booth designs (including graphics for a digital display video). We’ll continue similar marketing and design for additional campaigns to serve as Tango Networks’ U.S. marketing team for them and their channel partners.

After their latest tradeshow where they debuted Tango Extend for Microsoft Teams, they reported that they already had new interest just 75 minutes after the launch.

Extend Logo Update

When we had been asked to design some graphics for a trade show – we decided to edit the logo to use a special treatment using an”X”. Not realizing how well this had fared with the team, we found out that they were making this their new official logo for the Extend brand. Exciting!

The Result

The marketing efforts resulted in great improvements overall:

Engagement on Facebook, up 55% from 2021
Engagement on LinkedIn, up 44% from 2022
Post launch of the new website, the engagement rate for website pages and screens at holding around 63% in June 2023, with the Value Calculator and Tango Extend for Microsoft Teams in the top spots for user engagement.

It’s been great working with the team at Tango Networks on the various campaigns and designs so far. We’re excited to continue on what’s next!
